02Delivery & payment

Upon acceptance$750.00

At delivery & installation$1,250.00

Acceptance: 50% of the build total is due upon acceptance of this quote.

Delivery: On or before 14 calendar days after the agreement is executed.

Installation: Remaining 50% of the build total ($750.00), plus the first month of maintenance ($500.00), is due at delivery and installation.

03Ongoing support & agreement

David AI Systems agrees to continue monthly updates as needed to maintain the agent(s) for as long as the agreement continues. This is a month-to-month agreement that can be terminated by either party with written notice or non-payment of monthly maintenance fee(s). Send termination requests to Ops@davidaisystems.com.

04Acceptance

By signing electronically, I confirm that I am authorized to act for Example Company and agree to this quote's scope, pricing, payment schedule, and month-to-month maintenance terms.
